“Well… what can I say! Brilliant job! I thought the film was perfectly judged for the event,
you could have heard a pin drop except for the round of applause it got at the end. “

Nick, Maggie’s Board following the fundraising event @SheratonEDI

We visited the Edinburgh Centre for the first time in Autumn 2013 and learned of the story of Maggie Keswick Jencks, the founder of the Maggie’s Centres.  Shortly afterwards we began work on creating a short film to raise awareness of the work they do supporting cancer patients across the country, which would go out ahead of their upcoming charity dinner . The film has recorded more than 20k plays on the Maggie’s website since its launch at the event and has subsequently been re-edited and re-purposed for 13 other Maggie’s Centres around the UK.

“It is wonderful and really captures Maggie’s!”
Mark Cooper, Maggie’s Community Fundraiser

Following the successful release of the Maggie’s Edinburgh film we were commissioned by their head office in London to produce a new film for the opening of the new Yorkshire Centre with filming taking place in both London and Leeds, this was released in the summer of 2014.

We feel very privileged to have been able to tell the Maggie’s story through these films, which are still connecting with people around the country, helping them make that step across the doorstep to Maggie’s to discover a place of refuge and emotional support.
